You must register for our service using accurate information; this include your name, email address and password. You can change your password with our in-app change password feature. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password that is not associated with any other account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. The country you live in may require a greater age for you to use our service without parental guide.
You are responsible for your data connection, device and software. You agree to download and install update to our services for as long as you use them.
You agree to allow our Mobile App to access your location. We use your location to provide you the features of this service.
You are responsible for the use of the services and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others. Any use or reliance on any content or materials posted through the service is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any content or communications posted via this services. All content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. We may not monitor or control the content posted via the service and, we cannot take responsibility for such content. We do not warrant that any information provided by us is accurate, complete, or useful, that our services will be error free and safe, or that our services will function without disruptions or imperfections. We do not control, and are not responsible for controlling how or when our users use our services or the features, services, and interfaces our services provide. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for FoodPrime Mobile App and our Website: http://www.foodprime.org. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this Mobile Application and Website.
We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via registration. We collect information from you when you create an account on our Mobile App. You will be asked to enter your First name, Surname, Email address and Password. At your option, you may also provide certain information about yourself such as Gender, Username and Phone number, it is not required.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
1. To identify you
2. Your email address will be used to notify you of any modification you’ve made in your account (such as Change of Password)
3. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone
4. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our platform.
We collect your device location information. Your device location is used to provide you the feature of our service. We will however need your permission to access this information.

You may deactivate your FoodPrime account at any time using our in-app deactivate my account feature. Please be informed that when you deactivate your account, it does not affect the information other users have relating to you, such as their copy of the messages you’ve exchanged.
